    A Royal Worcester comport by Kitty Blake, 1934
    the boat shape comport with moulded lug handles decorated with bramble fruits, autumn leaves and blossoms, signed K. Blake below rim, raised on an elaborate relief moulded gilt pedestal, puce backstamp underside, together with a 1952 fruit study miniature trio, and a fruit study cabinet plate by Thomas Lockyer, 1924

  • Notes:
    Condition: The comport is In very good condition throughout with no evidence of damage, cracks, glaze/gilding loss or professional repair. The miniature trio is also in very good condition. There is is an indistinct signature to the interior of the cup. Please note there is a crack across the Lockyer plate, evident to front and back. This appears as a fine scratch and does not appear to extend to the rims. The plate has a distinct 'thud' when tapped.
