  hallmarked Birmingham, 1894, M&L (Minshull & Latimer), of rounded rectangular form with bright cut foliate decoration surrounding a shield shaped reserve with monogrammed initials, with push button clasp to top revealing a gilt wash interior with full sovereign compartment, the other end containing a side hinged base cover with inset striker and vesta case to interior, total weight 41.47gm, length 6.8cm x 3.3cm
