A Japanese sectional ivory carved figure of a man with a child
Meiji period, the man wearing a patterned robe and carrying a straw hat hoists the young boy upon his back, raised on a circular plinth base with two character signature under the base. Some damage to the child’s fingers. Slight age cracks and staining. Height 200.
