Notes:Romy Tysoe-Taylor was a governess in the Kimberleys WA from 1959-1962. She used her box-brownie camera to capture station life on both Alice Downs & Springvale Stations. Romy witnessed Matilda, giving birth outside on the ground. Matilda was in her teens at the time.
