  a neoclassical style urn with square section bracket handles surmounted by a gilded cricketer figure at the crease, bats, balls and stumps to the base, the body with engraved fern and maiden hair decorations and inscribed with trophy name to one face and winner's details to the other, 'won by Dudgeon & Arnell C. C. presented by the members to J. Aitken Esq. President, 29th May 1885
