  Early Chatham Islands Fish Hook
  A Moriori bone hook of large proportions. Flattened cylindrical form tapering to a point at one end, carved grooves for attachment at top. Dry weathered patina indicating significant age and use. Collection number inscribed with black ink "WEBB. COL 1595".
