  NEW SOUTH WALES POLICE DEPARTMENT CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE
  December 1870 document printed [Form 22] on vellum (in 1867) completed in manuscript, for Arthur Harris, who had served in the NSW Police for two years from March 1868 to October 1870, “having resigned his appointment”. Having returned to his native Victoria and applied for a position with Victoria Police, the document bears an additional handstamp “VICTORIA POLICE * SWORN IN” which is dated in manuscript “9/12/73”.
