  DAME NELLIE MELBA INTEREST: A superb antique Australian miniature chest of six drawers
  with cantilever top and finely carved rococo corbels, Australian cedar and celery pine with kauri pine and cedar secondary timbers, late 19th century. This piece is believed to have belonged to Melba and was part of the furnishings of COOMBE COTTAGE in the Yarra valley on the outskirts of Melbourne. An exceptional piece befitting the famed diva.
