of a seated deity, with hands held in front beneath a red cloth, wearing a long flowing wide sleeved robe, with red collar and sash, the face with serene expression and hair drawn into a high chignon, traces of painted decoration beneath the overall black lacquer, wood stand

Notes:Condition: The alms bowl now missing, areas of lacquer missing, general overall wear and cracks consistent with age
