the two slender rounded corner posts are joined to the top rail, that terminates in two outward facing dragon heads. Two of the four rounded horizontal rails enclose a panel of chilong. On a stepped broad foot with archaistic scrollwork & joined by a spandrels in the form of stylized dragons,
