  With manual wind movement, the off-white dial with black Roman numerals, inner minute ring and blue steel moon hands, the gold case engine-turned with gold satin finished shutters and pushers, dial signed Cartier, France, case no. 21658, movement no. 418395, accompanied by matching 18ct gold fob chain and signed fitted box, gross weight approximately 103.40 grams, mounted in 18ct gold, length 4.20cm, width 2.80cm.
