    Lieutenant Governor Hotham “has the painful duty of informing the Legislative Council that serious disturbances have occurred at Ballaarat...” Dated 5 December, 1854, just two days after the “stockade”. Also, a “Plan Showing the Position of Eureka Stockade Site - 1870” published by F.W. Niven; hand coloured. Both items individually framed & glazed. (2).
