  engraved “Presented To Mr. GEORGE CLARKE Of The Western Bank Of Scotland By A Few Friends On The Occasion Of His Leaving Glasgow For Tamworth, Sept. 1858”, stamped “D.P.” with Birmingham mark for 1856. 2.5cm high, 9.5cm wide, 7cm deep, 170 grams. Together with a fascinating handwritten diary with daily entries documenting the arduous voyage which took nearly 150 days from Glasgow to Melbourne. (2 items).
