Terminating on a claw-set oval-shaped sapphire weighing approximately 4.01 carats framed by round brilliant-cut diamonds, suspended from a V-shaped necklace comprising articulated lines of half collet-set round brilliant-cut diamonds and completed by a chain of square yellow gold links, the diamonds together weighing approximately 3.60 carats, gross weight approximately 47.80 grams, inner circumference approximately 425mm. -
