Armitage Auctions
Armitage Auctions is a Tasmanian auction house. They are located in Goodman Court, in the suburb of Invermay in Launceston, a stone's throw north of the city centre.
Armitage Auctions was founded by Henry Armitage in 1972 but is now controlled by a team of auctioneers, being Terry Bell, Neil O'Brien and Andrew Snooks.
Generally they hold fortnightly auctions which include antiques, china, galss, silver, books, coins & bank notes, prints and paintings, collectables plus feneral household and office furniture, whitegoods and handyman items. Additionally, they hold occassional special antique and Estate auctions.
