  1974 BULTACO SHERPA T 350cc TRIALS MOTORCYCLE

• Notes:
  The indomitable Bultaco from Spain won the World Trials Championship title eight times during the 1970s and won the Scottish Six Days Trial four times. The most famous Bultaco model is the Sherpa T which revolutionised the sport in the 1960s and of which 2108 examples were produced. At that time, trials were dominated by the British, riding big four-stroke machines until Irish trials ace, Sammy Miller, teamed-up with Francesco "Paco" Bult— to produce a lightweight two-stroke machine which immediately knocked the heavy four-strokes out of contention. This is the legend on which Bultaco's reputation was founded. Miller, on the Bultaco, went on to win the exhausting Scottish Six Days Trial in 1965, 1967 & 1968, claiming the European Trials Championship in 1968 and 1970. This started the burgeoning industry of trials in Europe and, later, the USA which led to a productive market for Bultaco. This motorcycle will be sold unregistered
