  After the MG F was successfully launched in 1995, the release of the upgraded TF models brought much lauded upgrades. A lower stance and bigger 16' wheels gave more grip, the deeper front and rear aprons increased downforce considerably and with uprated gas dampers, a multi-link rear end and double wishbones up front the handling truly became that of a classic rear-engined, mid-drive roadster. The choice of the range was the free-revving TF 160, putting out some 120kW of power @ 6900rpm and 174Nm @ 4700rpm, providing a very usable power-band between 5000 and 7000rpm when matched to its 5-speed manual transmission. This resulted in a claimed 0-100km/h in just 6.9 seconds and top speed of 220km/h. This 2003 MG TF 160 manual was bought privately in 2006 and driven only on rare occasions. It is presented in silver duco with a two-tone light grey and black leather interior with a 27,000kms odometer reading. The car has recently undergone a comprehensive service by Pickard's of Melbourne and has new brakes and sports exhaust.
