This motorcycle will be sold unregistered. -
Notes:The most known Royal Enfield of WW2 was the WD/RE 125cc Flying Flea designed to be dropped with the airborne parachute troops to carry messages and signals where radio was not in place. Following the war a civilian version of the Flying Flea was built from 1950. The RE125 had a foot-operated gear change lever and telescopic front forks with internal spring dampeners. In 1951, the RE2 was introduced with a redesigned frame and engine. It was superseded in 1953 by the Royal Enfield Ensign. This motorcycle presents in remarkably original unrestored condition with period decals. Last registered in State of Victoria in 1971 as displayed on its attached registration tag.
