Gibson’s is delighted to announce the modern design collection of John Henry, architect and collector of mid-century design and art.
This impeccable collection spans from the 1960s to the 1980s, focusing on key collection periods of Space Age plastics, Memphis Design with an emphasis on his favourite designers Marc Newson, Frank Gehry and Knoll. The collection holds important pieces from all key periods and includes highlights by international designers such as Osvaldo Borsani, Anna Castelli, Vico Magistretti and of course some Australian classics.
This is a collection not to be missed, with many items extremely difficult to find on today’s secondary market.
