Notes:Whitney (b. St. Kilder, Victoria, c.1880 .. a founder and secretary of the Australian Art Society, 1926. Member of the Royal Art Society of New South Wales and the Victorian Artists Society: studies: J.S. Watkins School, Sydney. From 1907 Whitney exhibited regularly at the Royal Art Society annual exhibitions for twenty three years. Represented: Manly Art Gallery.
