  An old Maori carved ivory ‘possibly killer Whale’ Aurei (cloak pin)
  tapered curved form with stylised carved face and flared notch carved bands highlighted with small red glass bead eyes and other beads to the reverse, some missing, the top perforation broken away, finely carved and with good old polish. Length 76. Reg. Y12754.

  Found by bach owners, c.1950s on their Oaro property.
