  1900 Paris: Winner’s Plaque in solid silver, for the IXth Shooting Championship of High Schools & Colleges
  with “IXME CHAMPIONNAT DE TIR DES LYCEES ET COLLEGES” engraved in the panel at lower right and the name of the recipient, “R. JUGE” at upper right. 55gms, 42 x 60mm.
• Notes:
  By F. Vernon. The obverse image depicts a winged goddess scattering laurel branches over the Paris Exposition grounds. Reverse: Victorious athlete standing on the podium, the Parthenon in the background. Awarded for the shooting competition conducted during the Games which were a part of the 7th National Shooting Competition, international competitors being allowed to participate; the Games were also a feature of the World Trade Fair.
