Leader of the Right Wing paramilitary Heimwehr forces & politician of the First Austrian Republic. Vice Chancellor of Austria 1933-1934, leading the country into Austrofascism. Fey played a vital role in the violent supression of the Republikanischer Schutzbund & the Social Democratic Workers Party during the 1934 Austrian Civil War.
