  Kate trained as a textile designer at the Central School of Art & Design in London and worked freelance for 6 years before migrating to Australia and rediscovering linocutting when asked to teach it. Kate has received numerous Silk Cut awards and her work is held in many public and private collections including the Geelong Gallery and the National Gallery of Australia. Kate is represented by Port Jackson Press, Printmaker Gallery and Queenscliff Gallery and Workshop.
