  A modern mahogany longcase clock
  by Hermle, Germany, the polished brass-finished dial features detailed corner spandrels and central disc, a brushed steel chapter ring with brass Roman numerals, seconds dial and an astrological blue moon phase with star pattern. Chiming on the hour, quarter and half hours, locking glazed doors to hood and front, the hood with arched pediment and conforming decoration to case. With brass weights, keys and instruction book together with original purchase receipt from Smith and Caughey for $6,450.
