  A 19thC Kashmiri silver Kashkul
  distinctive vessel form showing Indo-Iranian influence to the fine embossed all-over leaf and floral scrolls, tapered pierced and engraved top border, the top rims terminating in stylised snake's heads of prow form. Length 175.
• Notes:
  Kashkuls were the begging bowls carried by travelling ascetic mendicants or dervishes.
