Lot Description:Three Rare Chinese Silver Cloud Shaped Locks, One with an Enamel Trigram, Qing Dynasty, 19th Century
one with the mythical kylin, they each open to put an amulet inside, decorated with children, calligraphy on the reverse, Taicheng, Heji, Maoshunhe, longevity & wealth,

Notes:These symbolic locks were used to lock the children to earth, often with bells & hung around the child's neck to ward off the bad spirits, the kylin was considered one of the four magic animals & would bestow good luck on the child
