  Chiefs House Ridge Pole Decoration in the form of a Lizard
  Bobrongko Village, Lake Sentani North Coast of West Papua, Irian Jaya. This fine carving was in use on a Chief's House. Finely carved from Hardwood in the form of a lizard (a clan totem) & incised with 'fou " a chiefly design on the lizard & the post. Field Collected by Todd Barlin in 1985, Acquired from Todd Barlin in 1986.
