  An impressive 19thC French ormolu chandelier
  of eight scrolling leaf and floral branches, each with two candle sconces, the decorative baluster long column with conforming leaf and floral forms, each sconce fitted with a Baccarat crystal drip tray. Height 1200, diam. 900. Ex: Château de Chambray, Northern France, the ancestral home of the Marquis de Venevelles d’Espagne. The Chateau was commandeered during WWII and the abandoned, the government selling off the assets.
