  Rare Italian Folding Stock Flintlock Coaching Gun By Fracheti Brescia
  1" bore at the oval muzzle; 21¼" ½ rnd, ½ oct barrel; gold poincion near the breech, end surmounted by a coronet & FRACHETI with several fleur-de-lis, gold Rampant lion poincion underneath that; elaborate foliate chisel engrave barrel tang; banana shaped lock marked FRACHETI, with a swan necked cock, foliate engraved & fitted with a detached pan; ornate brass t/guard & butt tang with vacant, ornate brass escutcheon with coronet; soft grey patina to barrel, lock & fittings; mellow untouched patina to furniture; vg orig stock with carved forend, comb & underneath, the butt folds down by pushing on an ornate iron button at the rear of the tang & folds up underneath the t/guard; all complete with rod; vgwo & cond. C.1780.
