  28 Cal; 6 shot; 40mm (1⅝") fluted barrel struck with Birmingham proof marks; foliate engraved frame with centre hammer action; lhs engraved OWEN POWELL SHEFFIELD; foliate engraved t/guard, frame & tang; sharp profiles; clear engraving & markings; soft silvery grey patina to barrel cluster, frame, hammer & t/guard; vg orig finely chequered walnut grips with brass oval escutcheon engraved T.; minor bruising to butt o/w vg cond. Presented in a period oak case; lined in red velvet with trade label; with vg bag flask, brass oil bottle, r.rod & nipple wrench. Overall very, very nice.
