    Cased English Transition Percussion Revolver
    54 bore; 6 shot cyl; 150mm (5⅞") oct barrel struck with Birmingham proofs; plated iron frame with foliate engraving to both sides; foliate engraved centre hammer action with sighting notch to the top; sharp profiles & clear markings; 85% orig blue finish to barrel; soft case colours to cylinder; plated finish to frame & b/strap, thinning in some areas; t/guard a soft grey patina; vg orig fine chequered walnut grips with plated cap with foliate panel; all complete; gwo & cond. Presented in its orig oak case with vacant rnd escutcheon to lid; partitioned & lined in olive green velvet; with oil bottle, flask, pincer mould, cleaning rod, turn screw & cap tin.
