  Cased Pr Flemish Flintlock Travelling Pistols
  38 bore; 4½" oct to rnd cannon barrels; with a centre hammer, all brass boxlock action with bouquet of flowers to both sides; fitted with a re-enforced cock & sliding top safety & spring loaded bayonet underneath activated by sliding back t/guard; g. profiles & clear markings; untouched soft mellow patina to barrel & action; soft grey finish to t/guard, lock, cock & fittings; vg bulbous chequered wooden grip with silver inlay to the butt of sunburst & circles; all complete; gwo & vg cond. for both pistols. Presented in orig mahogany case with vacant brass escutcheon to the lid; French style fit out; lined in blue velvet; with a full compliment of vg access. C.1830.
