  22 bore; 5" 3 stage barrel; frame marked C.WILLIAMSON & having London proofs; side lock action fitted with a swan necked cock, a possible replacement; integral pan; t/guard & breech engraved with floral designs; g. profiles & clear markings; soft grey patina to all metal; a few bruise marks to barrel, mainly to lhs; grey finish to lock & fittings; vg ornate walnut stock with silver wire inlay & vacant escutcheon surmounted by helmet with a trophy of arms below; with silver grotesque butt mask; side plate is a stand of arms; all complete; gwo & cond. C.1760.
