  g. 34¼" straight blade, acid etched to one side is acanthus leaves, ROYAL CYPHER UBIQUE & Field cannon; DUET MON DROIT British Coat of Arms near the ricasso; ricasso marked HICKS ATKINSON SONS MELBOURNE; obverse side has acanthus leaves, ROYAL ARTILLERY & thunder bolt lightning motif of the Royal Artillery; vg 3 bar hilt back pc & fittings; g. orig blk fish skin grips bound with silver wire; all complete with plated steel scabbard & correct sword knot.
