  Will Rogers' Colt S.A.A. Revolver With Colt Factory Letter
  1883; .45 Cal; black powder frame; 190mm (7½") barrel; g. but worn bore; some orig finish to protected areas, the balance a silver grey turning plum; clear markings to barrel & frame; ivory grips with age cracks; butt fitted with engraved Stirling silver counter weight; vgwo & cond. With embossed, silver mounted leather holster with initial R & 1891 & a copy of Colt factory letter attached. Purported to be once owned by Western trick shooter Will Rogers who was born in 1879 & died in 1937.
