Lot Description:A Chinese Yumu, Fine Grained Elm, Corner Leg Table, the frame has contrasting wood with Ghost Eyes & Mountains, Qing Dynasty, 18/19th century
a floating panel top in a wide frame, the rounded edge above a triple-reeded apron wrapped around the round corner legs, only the floating panel appears to be elm. Notes: The technique of wrapping strips of bamboo around the circumference is the inspiration reflected in the moulded edges.
