Notes:Dr Peter Elliott AM was a well known Sydney art collector. He generously left an outstanding collection of Indonesian artefacts to the University of Sydneys museums as a bequest. Dr Elliott was a long-time supporter of the University and its museums. Following a careful assessment the University has decided to sell a small portion of the collection at auction. The items being offered in this sale are mainly duplicates or items that fall outside areas of focus for the Universitys collections. Funds raised from the sale will go towards the conservation, care and research of the Elliott Collection.
