• Notes:
  The artist Rowena Brodie was the wife of Frank Brodie, they married in 1870, Rowena arrived in N.Z. in 1857. Further lots pertaining to the Brodie family included in this auction. Some foxing. Rowena Brodie (née Sister Williams) and her husband Capt. Francis Brodie settled at St John’s Lake, the subject of this work, which now forms part of the Remuera Golf Course.
