the top of the mahogany case stamped ''BR.ANT.EX 1907'', the brass precision scales inscribed ' L Oertling, London Ltd.' twice, an ivory small scale plaque attached to the brass column, the case with glazed sides and two drawers to base, ivory knobs and on brass toupie feet
