the white enamel dial signed 'Eugene Bagues, fabricant de Bronzes', ornate pierced gilt brass hands, 8-day bell strike, surmounted by a sunbust mask over a swag, scrolled foliate arms supporting the swinging bezel, applied decoration and raised on acanthus leaf socle, white marble base with cherubic relief panels and floral roundels, turned feet
