fine machine engraved banded decoration, the scrolling cartouche to the lid presentation engraved ?Presented by Mr Wm. Walker as a mark of Esteem and Respect from the Tenants on the Estate of Inchmarlo and other friends in Banchory on the Occasion of his leaving Deeside for Castle Newe, Nov. 1857?, with large cast decorated thumbpiece, remains of gilding to interior. Birmingham 1857. Weight 145gms. 101 x 47 x 23.
