Lot Description:A good quality Iranian Sirjan hand knotted carpet
with dense and deep wool pile, the field decorated with a large cruciform medallion with pendant ends framed by a star shaped field patterned with stylised animals on an apricot ground, the whole framed by a profusion of colourful floral designs on a midnight blue ground, framed by multiple borders with rosettes and floral meander patterns. 2070 x 1630. -
