  A Victorian 18ct. gold mourning brooch
  the Etruscan style brooch of 'eye' form, the centre set with a dark banded agate stone, the border decorated with a black enamelled Greek key, woven and feathered hair under glass to reverse, marked in memory of J.A. who died 26 March 1868, unmarked but tested at 18ct. Length 55.
