  A New Zealand Fire Brigade helmet
  all brass with leather insert and chin strap, c.1920's. Merriweather pattern with embossed dragons to the comb and helmet plate incorporating a trophy group of fireman's tools. This helmet belonged to the vendor's grandfather, F.C. Robinson who was stationed at Palmerston North.
