  ERNEST TYLDESLEY'S CRICKET BAT FROM 1928-29 ASHES
  Match-used 'Gunn & Moore' Cricket Bat, signed in the ownership position by Ernest Tyldesley, signed on front by England captain A.P.F.Chapman; endorsed on reverse 'FIFTH TEST, AUSTRALIA versus ENGLAND, 1928-9', and with signatures of 15 English & 9 Australian players, noted A.P.F.Chapman, J.B.Hobbs, Maurice Leyland, Jack Ryder, Archie Jackson & Bill Woodfull. (Bradman has not signed, possibly he was batting. In his 4th Test match he scored 137 & 37 not out).

  Ernest Tyldesley played 14 Tests for England 1921-29.
