Yamaha's fight to comply a 2 stroke with increasingly stringent EPA requirements resulted in this 80's pocket rocket. Laden with computer controlled valve height technology YPVS and 52lbs of platimum coated catalyst screening hardware in the mufflers, this bike was lean and quick, unfortunately just not quick enough for the politicians of the day! Registration lapsed -
