Script Wmk, Perf 14, KGVI Revenues handstamped Type 11 (Okugawa seal) in red, fiscally used with 'DAI NIPPON / STAMP OFFICE PENANG' datestamp. The $25 with a few perf faults, the $500 superb used on piece. All with BPA Expert Certificates.
