on locally addressed registered cover from Singapore (Syonan); the adhesive in combination with 1c Straits Setts. blk.of 4 (SG.J146) and 5c Perak blk.of 4 (SG.J275); all tied by 'SYONAN - QUEEN STREET cds's and with censor chop on reverse.
