  6d and 1/- pair paying the 2/8d rate, cancelled by barred oval '9' duplex cancels of Beechworth dated 'DE 4 69'. On the reverse are Melbourne DE 7 and Paris 23 JA Ô70' transit cancels. Fine, the only known quadruple rate cover to France recorded (Palmer.159).
